Wtf?!?! I hate this shit. It has to be reported that Deshaun knows giving up picks limits team building capability. Guys Watson isn't fucking stupid, everyone and their grandmother knows the fewer picks the harder it is to build. Smh this title makes Watson seem as though he's dumb as fuck.

Why does everyone keep bringing up that he has a no trade clause? He is demanding to be traded therefore a no trade clause doesnt mean anything.

It does matter. If it’s like anything like the melo trade to the knicks, it would end up being a failure. They would get a star and a great QB, but is it worth it to gut they entire team and the risk the entire future for one person? I don’t think it’s worth it because he’ll go to one crappy team to another crappy team.

If he does NOT want to go to where the Texans want to send him he can PREVENT the trade. Therefore, they can only send him to where HE wants to go and so he would be willing to waive the no-trade clause.

Yes it does mean something. If he doesn’t like the trade then he doesn’t have to be traded. He basically gets to pick and choose where here goes

Going from one of the lowest taxed states to one of the highest (NYC) is such a dumb financial decision. Literally going to lose Millions of dollars cause "wahhhhh they won't listen to me."

    • Richard Taylor

      Richard Taylor

@Michael Eastman no I’m literally saying that’s why he won’t go to the jets bc it’s a bad situation. He doesn’t want to get traded somewhere and the team be absolute dogshit. Idk why that’s hard for you to understand

    • Michael Eastman

@Richard Taylor yeah. So let's go to the Jets? Bruh. He signed a contract. Also he signed that contract After they got rid of D hop. It's not like he had no idea how the organization was before he signed it. He saw $$$$ and now he is having buyer's regret. If he is really that committed, we'll see if he nuts up and sits out next year.

Have you ever thought that he isn’t necessarily worried about the money? He’s a smart guy and I’m 100% sure he could make the money he’s made so far last the rest of his life. Now he’s just trying to become one of the greatest QB’s of all time so the money isn’t the most important thing dude.

Watson to Dallas. Trade zeke. Trade 3 1st, trade a 2nd. Trade Andy Dalton. Gets jerry out of his hole that he dug for himself at the QB position

@gameshareprime You can try to bring up every running back on every playoff team if you want the fact still remains, those players are VERY low value. Actually, the Panthers were discussing trading C-mac and 2 or 3 first rounders for Watson.. that means Christian is only valued as maybe a late 2 or early 3. You literally just named teams with HORRIBLE QBs that have no choice but to force feed the best player on offense because they don’t trust the Quarterbacks decision making. You mention the Colts; John Taylor just came out of nowhere. They will be run dominant next year like they were those last few games of the year. Tony Pollard actually has been challenging Zeke for touches.

@nikeguy2 Christian mccaffrey won 8 games for Carolina 2 years ago. A team that had no talent outside of him. Zeke also brought winning. Dont hand me a dominant offensive line because Philadelphia also had a dominant line those years but they weren't run dominant. Neither are the colts who also dominate on the oline. You're seeing a resurgence of value at the rb position. Minnesota can't win without dalvin cook going off and becoming dalvin chef.

@gameshareprime Leonard Fournette was nearly cut. He was out played by Ronald Jones(WHO) up until their playoff run. Fournette iced a game that was already over. 49ers got there with Raheem Mostert(WHO). You’re just clarifying my point that a RB holds little value, lol. I’m a Ravens fan, we became elite because Lamar is the most elusive player the NFL has seen since Barry Sanders. We BENCHED our starting RB and played a rookie.... further solidifying my point. Nobody wants a running back except Bill O’Brien I do agree that Taylor Lewan is phenomenal but my only grip is with Tannehill’s play. Tannehill was efficient but he was absolutely not productive. He threw for like 160 and 80 of those yard went to AJ Brown.

@nikeguy2 titans fan. And bucs won the SB and had a RB that's 6'1 230. 49ers last year got to the SB by running the ball. Ravens became elite by running the ball. And btw, Ryan tannehill played well against the ravens in the playoffs this year. The fact that the run was stuffed every single time was the downfall of the titans. Titans must improve by getting a proper RT and Taylor lewan recovering 100% from his ACL tear. Dude is consistently top 3 LT in the NFL.

@gameshareprime Derrick Henry is 6’3 240 and ran a 4.4-4.5 40 yard dash 😐. That’s a unicorn. What did this essential position do this year in the playoffs? That shit got shut down and Ryan Tannehill looked like Ryan Tannehill. Cleveland has two RBs averaging 4.0+ YPC.... which is my point. RBs come a dime a dozen. I can tell you’re a Cowboys fan because making the playoffs and championship are your barometers for success 😂 been long time coming, keep waiting.

Literally every single person who watches football understands that the jets suck and have no talent and would be giving up a squad of picks so why would watson not understand this? This is a non topic, the media needs to get better at their jobs and find some real content to speak about.
