How has Kevin Durant handled conflict with his teammates, it appears he somehow has gotten into publicize disputes with his teammates that have led to him being the QUESTIONABLE LEADER OF THE TEAM choose to leave? Any thoughts there!? Oh what about how he's handled himself in the media which is an inevitable part of the job as being a superstar? Is he not seen as being the most sensitive and softest superstar the game has ever seen which can affect how your teammates view you as being the UNQUESTIONABLE LEADER of the team? Any thoughts there? This discussion doesn't have anything to do with him being the best talent or most talented player in the league it's about THE OTHER THINGS that make someone the ALPHA dog and LEADER on a championship team. He didn't have to carry that weight on the Warriors team nor did Kyrie with the Cavs and that's why there was so many in question as to what kinda success they could have together as a duo being that they lack the same LEADERSHIP qualities. I wonder why James Harden couldn't get the Houston Rockets pass a beat up Warriors team in the WCF needing one game to advance to the finals? Sometimes its a lack of talent but they wasn't lacking the talent especially with the other team at void of a superstar player something was missing? If you still kinda fuzzy about it take a look at Lebron James who KD just can't seem to ever out do in reference to what players, coaches and fans think of him. He isn't a better shooter or more efficient scorer than KD but he has other abilities that KD hasn't displayed and I'll leave this discussion there.

They don't have the best record in either conference and right now, Utah is the hottest team in the league by every metric that matters.
